OUR WORK
Products we built ourselves, and that are live.
OUR WORK | PROJECT 01
WaveForce
One central business system for an international maritime recruitment organisation.
PROBLEM
A maritime recruiter managed hundreds of crew members, agencies and contracts in disconnected spreadsheets. No overview, no automation, no scalability.
SOLUTION
Devix brought deployment planning, time tracking, contract management, location data, revenue forecasting and management reporting together in one system. The owner regained an up-to-date view of the entire operation.
- Deployment planning
- Contract management
- Time tracking
- Revenue forecasting
- Management reporting
- Location overview
OUR WORK | PROJECT 02
Asignu
Our own European e-signature product, built from scratch and live with paying customers.
PROBLEM
We built our own European alternative to DocuSign: GDPR-compliant, with unlimited advanced electronic signatures and a full audit trail. Asignu is a Devix-owned SaaS product with paying customers.
SOLUTION
Devix built Asignu from scratch: document upload, signature placement, parallel and sequential workflows, strict identity verification and an exportable audit trail. Fully eIDAS-compliant, live in production.
- E-signatures
- Identity checks
- Document workflows
- Audit trail
- GDPR
