Maritime recruitment CRM, fully tailor-made for an international shipping organisation.
PROBLEM
A maritime recruiter managed hundreds of crew members, agencies and contracts in disconnected spreadsheets. No overview, no automation, no scalability.
SOLUTION
Devix built a fully custom CRM with deployment planning, time tracking, contract management, revenue forecasting with a 2-month projection, and a built-in AI assistant for instant data insights.

Asignu
Our own SaaS: European e-signature platform, built from scratch and live with paying customers.
PROBLEM
We built our own European alternative to DocuSign: GDPR-compliant, with unlimited advanced electronic signatures and a full audit trail. Asignu is a Devix-owned SaaS product with paying customers.
SOLUTION
Devix built Asignu from scratch: document upload, signature placement, parallel and sequential workflows, strict identity verification and an exportable audit trail. Fully eIDAS-compliant, live in production.
